Arabic Language Institute (ALI) receives many non-Arabs who whish to learn Arabic language at its home.
 It should be noted here, the diversity of nationalities studying at the institute where the number of nationalities in some years were more than eighty nationalities distributed among the three divisions (Department of Language and Culture, Teacher Preparation and teacher Training).

Based on the accumulated experience of the Institute during the last thirty years, it has experts who work in the field of Applied Linguistics, and Arabic Language Teaching in particular. ALI takes into account the series of educational tools and the accompanying needs of learners.  The Institute is currently developing programs and curricula alongside with the development in the King Saud University in the period, led by His Excellency the Rector Prof. Dr. Abdullah Al-Othman. The conclusion has to be commended and appreciated to the continued support of him at the university, where he is still motivated to do more to fulfill the mission the Arabic language in our worlds.
