The terms of admission, terms of transfer
within KSU and from other universities

|
1. |
Terms of admission are: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
a. |
High school certificate (science track) with at least 90% GPA. The applicant's score in chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics and English language should be at least 90%. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
b. |
To pass the aptitude test as prepared by the High Education National Council. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
c. |
To pass an accumulative test designed for admission to the Unified Program for Health Science College (UPHSC) prepared by the Higher Education National Council. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
d. |
To pass a personal interview as a pre requisite for admission to UPHSC |
|
|
|
|
|
|
e. |
To pass all courses offered by the college of applied health sciences with a 3.5 GPA out of five (5) mainly in science and English language courses (26 study units) provided an applicant has successfully completed all courses of health unified program in three academic terms. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
f. |
To pass a physical examination that testifies the concerned students is free from any contagious disease |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. |
Terms of transfer from KSU to the College of Medicine |
|
|
|
|
|
|
a. |
To pass the general aptitude test prepared by the High Education National Council. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
b. |
To pass exams for admission to the UPHSC prepared by the Higher Education National Council for evaluation and testing. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
c. |
To pass a personal interview as a pre-admission requirement to UPHSC |
|
|
|
|
|
|
d. |
To pass all courses offered by UPHSC with a 3.5 GPA out of five (5) pertinent to science and English language courses (26 units) |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. |
Terms of transfer from any other university or college to the College of Medicine |
|
|
|
|
|
|
a. |
An applicant must be officially enrolled in an accredited health college with a GPA of 4 out of 5 – mainly in science courses. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
b. |
Applicant's completed credit hours in science courses should be at least 50% of his/her total completed credit/hours. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
c. |
A proof that the applicant has passed the general aptitude test prepared by the Higher Education National Center for tests and evaluation. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
d. |
A proof that the applicant has passed an examination designed for admission to the UPHSC as prepared by the Higher Education National Council for testing and evaluation. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
e. |
Pass the personal interview as a prerequisite for admission to UPHSC |
|
|
|
|
|
|
f. |
Pass a physical examination as an evidence that the student is free from any contagious disease |
