Saudi Arabia is witnessing a growth rate of the population is highest in the world, making it the largest category of young people between the other groups. Based on guidance in the establishment of the High Commissioner to expand the universities and colleges in various regions of the Kingdom to absorb the output of general education and to alleviate the pressure on the existing universities and colleges. It saw the establishment of King Saud University College of Engineering Al-Kharj province belonging to the university because of the Kingdom of the urgent need of engineers and to provide opportunities for higher education to increasing numbers of graduates of public education in Al-Kharj province and neighboring provinces, with the end of the school year 1424/1425 e more than 1400 students. Under the guidance of Dr. Rector of the University of King Saud University initiated the agency for educational and academic preparation of the necessary studies and submitted to the University Council, which approved the second year Bgelsth 1426/1427 e 19/9/1426 and the date of the establishment of the Faculty of Engineering Kharj. And immediately began to work hard for the establishment of the Faculty of Engineering is one of the most important objectives of the D students the basics of scientific and technical knowledge and training in scientific thinking, which effectively appointed to work in all areas of engineering. Also aims to motivate college students to keep abreast of information technology and modern engineering to be informed of all developments in these areas.
