Opening Ceremony of the Gym, the Warehouse and the Faculty Members Office Building at the College of Engineering at Al-Kharj

Under the auspices of His Excellency, Professor Awad Kh. Al-Asmari, Dean of the College of Engineering at Al-Kharj and His Excellency Dr. Khalid Al-Salem, Vice Dean of the College, the gym, the warehouse and the office building for the Faculty members of Engineering were opened on Monday, 16-5-1430 (11-05-2009) at one o'clock. The faculty members and the staff members at the college in addition to a group of students have attended the opening.

At the beginning of the ceremony, His Excellency the Dean of the College delivered a speech expressing his thanks for all the supporters and contributors to the overall project delivery and on top of them the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz; His Highness Crown Prince; His Royal Highness, Prince Abdul Rahman Bin Nasser Bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, the Governor of Al-Kharj province; the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Angari; His Excellency the Director of King Saud University, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdurrahman Al Othman and all employees of the Faculty of Engineering at Al-Kharj.

After that, His Excellency the Dean has heard the interventions of questions and queries and problems of students that they are suffering from. He has responded to all queries and questions. Professor Awad assured the students that all the demands that have been raised will be considered by the Council of the College so they can be implemented in accordance with the laws and resources available.

At the end of the ceremony, table tennis games, billiards, and table football were held with the participation of the audience.
