GUIDELINES TO THE CENTER SUCCESS
The CEREM has adopted a number of core values that define the behaviors that the center seek to reward and recognize. The CEREM reinforces these core values to accomplish its Mission and Vision.

MEASURES OF THE CENTER SUCCESS
The CEREM has adopted a number of performance assessment criteria and strength measures to evaluate the center success.
The CEREM ‘s performance assessment criteria will be:

Extent to which the Center is contributing to the development of local industries.

Extent to which the Center is interacting with industry clients for the purpose of providing advanced technological support and development services related to engineering materials.

Extent to which the Center is advancing the global state-of-the-art technologies related to engineering materials by collaborating with - and acquiring - international expertise in the area.

Extent to which the Center is Promoting advanced research and development in engineering materials via solid contributions to international publications and global conference discussions.
The CEREM strength measures will be:

Number of research and their corresponding funds conducted by the center.

Number of publications and patents and their quality.

Number of workshops conducted by the center for the local industry.
