   News \ CCIS participates in Bahrain ICIS 2008


College of Computer and Information Sciences has participated in the International Conference of Intelligent Systems which was held in Bahrain, from 1-3 December, 2008. CCIS presented the following papers:
  •  "Transputer-fuzzy Controlled Autonomous Mobile Robot", presented by Dr. Khalid N. AlMutib, Assistant Professor, Department of Software Engineering, and member of the ICIS scientific committee.
  •  "Fingerprint Recognition - TIME & Attendance System Development" presented by Dr. Salah M. Rahal, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Engineering. The paper was co-authored by Dr. Hatim A. AbuAlsamh, Department of computer science and KSU drputy for development and quality, and Dr. Khalid N AlMutib.
  •  "Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture Intelligent System for Dates Classification", presented by Dr. Yousif A. AlOhali, Department of computer Science, and Dean of KSU deanship of e-transactions and communications.
  • Dr. Hedjar T. Ramadan from Department of Computer Engineering has attended the conference too.
