The College of Applied Medical Sciences (CAMS) was established in 1979 to meet the need in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for skilled health care professionals. Since its establishment as the first college of applied medical sciences in the Kingdom, it has been playing a significant role in providing both the private and the public health sectors with highly competent professional graduates equipped with the most recent knowledge and skills in their respective health care fields. CAMS currently operate more than 13 various undergraduate programs running under seven departments. Moreover, the college has been providing postgraduate degrees in many health sciences specialties for many years. We are currently embarking upon plans to launch a number of new MSc programs as well as a PhD program in the Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
